The Chiefs are looking for new ways to attack on offense

ANDY Reid is looking to switch things up on offense as a new NFL season dawns.

The Kansas City Chiefs head coach may have only just led his team to a third Super Bowl win in five years, but it seems Reid is always looking to keep opponents guessing.

It has been clear throughout the offseason that Kansas City was keen to bulk up on offense – specifically at wide receiver.

This was far from surprising given that last season they led the NFL in drops and finished just 13th in yards gained per pass attempt.

With this in mind, the Chiefs added veteran wideout Marquise Brown on a one-year deal which could net him up to $11 million.

They also traded up to select rapid receiver Xavier Worthy 32nd overall out of Texas.

Receivers Jaaron Hayek and Phillip Brooks were brought in as undrafted free agents.

While former Welsh international rugby star Louis Rees-Zammit was signed to play running back and potentially wideout.
