The schism within the British Royal Family that saw Prince Harry leave his post as a “working royal” has shown few signs of being repaired.

Harry, the fifth person in line for the throne of the United Kingdom as the Duke of Sussex, moved to southern California with his wife Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, in early 2020 — a move that has prompted continued controversy in the UK, especially given his brother and sister-in-law’s proximity to the throne.

William, Prince of Wales, and Kate, Princess of Wales, are set to succeed King Charles III and Queen Camilla in the years to come — some believe that day will come sooner rather than later given Charles’ ongoing cancer battle.

But William’s most recent public appearance has given rise to the possibility that Charles’ long-held dream — a reconciliation between his two sons — could become reality after all the drama that has taken place.

William answers queries on the health of “Harry”
During a visit to a farm on the Duchy of Cornwall estate on Tuesday, William was heard commenting on the health of a “Harry”, remarking to Edward Harley, Lord Lieutenant of Herefordshire, that “Harry” had not been feeling well but is doing better now.

However, the Daily Mail has confirmed that William was talking about a different Harry, and not his brother — whose explosive 2023 memoir “Spare” claimed that William insulted Meghan repeatedly and attempted to physically injure Harry by shoving him into a dog bowl.

The farm outing gave William a chance to impress the farming community and cultivate a reputation as a royal who cares about strengthening the “backbone” of the United Kingdom.

William and Kate seem to be in as good of a place as ever, but the major question over William’s possible reconciliation with Harry will continue to linger and loom over the royals as the years continue to go by.
