Happy birthday, King Charles III! The British monarch turns 76 today, November 14, and to mark the occasion, the royal family sent him well wishes via social media (and presumably IRL, as well).
Prince William and Kate Middleton kicked off the tributes by sharing a super-festive shot of Charles looking like a fun time in a leafy green and red lei, complete with clear shades during his recent trip to Apia, Samoa
The monarch wore the lei over a silky beige suit, which he styled with a pinstripe blue and white shirt, a patterned baby blue and pink tie, and a matching polka-dot pocket square. โWishing a very Happy Birthday to His Majesty The King!โ the Prince and Princess of Wales wrote next to the photo, which they shared via X.
The royal familyโs official Instagram page also wished the king a happy birthday, albeit with a very different image: one of Charles looking stately in a royal blue suit and tie while standing inside a room ornately decorated in gold and white.
