Prince Harry makes surprising decision after US show
Prince Harry has celebrated his new honour with fans as he wasted no time to share his favourite picture of the star-studded ceremony on his and Meghan Markle’s website.
The Duke of Sussex took a smart step to win hearts as he shared his photo with the people, who really made him proud and eligible to receive the honour.
Harry seemingly left Meghan awaiting for his call to join him onstage as he appeared emotionally overwhelmed while receiving the award from the unsung heroes.
Harry has seemingly ditched his own tradition to give exposure and credit of all his success to Meghan Markle as he did not share even a single photo of the Duchess of the Website.
There was also a message alongside the picture on the Sussexes’ website: “Tonight, Prince Harry was presented the prestigious Pat Tillman Award for Service at the 2024 ESPY Awards for his work in creating the INVICTUS GAMES. Named after the late NFL player and Army Ranger Pat Tillman, the award honors individuals who have made a significant impact through service, leadership, and community involvement.”
In his speech, the Duke revealed the big truth as he said: “The truth is, I stand here not as Prince Harry, Pat Tillman Award recipient, but rather a voice on behalf of the Invictus Games Foundation and the thousands of veterans and service personnel from over 20 nations who have made the Invictus Games a reality. This award belongs to them, not to me.”
