Prince Harry and Meghan Markle suffer fresh blow as Kate and William raise eye-watering sum from US donors

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have suffered a fresh blow as Princess Kate and Prince William raised an eye-

watering sum from US donors, according to accounts published this week by the Charity Commission.

The Royal Foundation, founded jointly by William and Prince Harry back in 2009 but headed by William and Kate alone since 2019, saw its income hit £8million.

This comes after the Prince of Wales, 42, raised a whopping £22.5million in 2023 by The Earthshot Prize.

These new figures form part of the foundation’s first annual report since it ceased to administer The Earthshot Prize, which became a separate charity in 2022
