Man dead following triple shooting in Prince George’s Co.
A man is dead and two others were transported to hospitals following a shooting Sunday in Edmonston, Maryland, police said.
Officers with the Edmonston Police Department responded to the 4700 block of Kenilworth Avenue for the report of a shooting around 6 p.m., according to Eric Beale, the town’s police chief.
That’s where they discovered a man “suffering from a fatal gunshot wound,” Beale told WTOP.
He said two others shot were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
Beale said the shooting appeared to be an “isolated incident,” and an investigation by the Prince George’s County Police Department is underway.
