they make an appearance on the balcony during the Trooping the Colour to celebrate the reigning monarch’s official birthday

It’s also a time for the adult royals to pay close attention and make sure their little ones don’t fall from the balcony. Now, a video making the rounds shows one of Prince George‘s balcony appearance during Trooping the Colour when he leaned over a little too far, leading to a moment of panic before his parents grabbed him avoiding anything tragic.

The clip also reminded some royal watchers of a time when Prince William was around that age and ran straight to danger before his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, came to the rescue
