This week, Kate Middleton made it clear that she’s taking things at her own pace. The Princess of Wales gave a quick update on her battle with cancer in an Instagram Story while carrying out her royal duties.

In a rare Instagram post supporting the creation of a new park at London’s Natural History Museum dedicated to the environment, Middleton confirmed the reports and shared her belief in alternative remedies to fight the disease

Despite undergoing preventive chemotherapy and being under the care of a dedicated medical team, Middleton has expressed her faith in nature’s ability to provide relief. Some may find it surprising, but a close friend of the royal couple revealed that Middleton has always had an old-fashioned belief in the importance of fresh air. “Walking on the beach and in the countryside has always been her solace, more than ever these past few months,” the friend shared.
